A system whereby water is evacuated out of a set of tanks 28, 29, 30, 31 in the sea using compressed air which is supplied to air inlet ports 13 by a compressor. Sea water is then allowed to flow back into the tanks though a turbine 10 and water inlet ports 15. The system is located in a structure in the sea, whereby wind turbines or solar cells may be provided to charge batteries which can be used to supply power to the compressors. |
