<p>The invention relates to a sealing plate (1-6) for a bare, hard-wearing fixing element (90,130) for mechanically fixing insulating materials (101) and sealing strips (102) to flat roofs, outside the edge region, comprising a plastic holder (70) with a hollow shaft (72) and a formed head plate (73), and a screw (71) which is inserted in the hollow shaft (72) and is supported therein with the screw head thereof (74). The screw tip (77) of the screw protrudes out of the end of the hollow shaft (72) furthest from the head plate (73), and engages in the roof foundations (103) or in a dowel (80) that can be inserted in the roof foundations (104), compressing the insulating and sealing material. Said sealing plate (1-6) consists of a flexible material and/or flexible plate sections, and can be placed on the plastic holder (70) located in the roof structure. The head plate (73) of the plastic holder (70) is completely embedded and can be welded and/or adhered to the sealing material (102) in an impermeable manner, at least with the plate edge (13) radially surrounding the head plate (73) of the plate holder (70). The invention also relates to a fixing element formed by said sealing plate, and an auxiliary assembly device. It is known to fix insulating and sealing materials outside the edge region, that is the edge overlapping region of the sealing strips. According to the invention, the sealing strip is pierced by fixing elements which anchor themselves in the roof foundations, and are then laid bare, i.e. not, as usual, overlapped by the edge of the next strip adjacent to the fixed strip. The invention thus enables insulation and sealing material to be tightly mechanically fixed to a flat roof in a reliable, long-lasting and rational manner.</p> |
