A method of manufacturing a mold cup of a brassiere is provided to prohibit the peeling phenomenon of a synthetic resin foam mold by the excellent adhesive force of the outer skin and the inner material and improve the elasticity and the volume of the brassiere without receiving unnatural heat. A method of manufacturing a mold cup of a brassiere comprises a first process of forming cup-shaped concave and plane parts by using the heat mold with the synthetic resin soft foam sheet, molding a first synthetic resin foam mold mounted with a long groove(A3), inserting the arc-shaped elastic piece in the long groove, laminating the synthetic resin soft foam sheet laminated with a holt melt adhesive film, and producing a second molded synthetic resin foam mold(A); a second process of spreading the lamination sheet laminated with the thermal fabric at both surfaces of the polyurethane soft foam sheet of 10~12mm thickness and superposing an elastic mold(B) at the lower mold; a third process of heat-molding a brassiere mold cup(C) on the elastic mold; and a fourth process of strengthening the adhesion of the brassiere mold cup.
