A car-pack is provided to eliminate the need of a battery and an additive power connection lines by installing a power unit in the car-pack, which is wirelessly connected to an audio reproducing apparatus using a wireless telecommunication module, thereby improving the convenience of the car-pack. A wireless telecommunication module(250) is installed in a car-pack such that the car-pack and a portable audio reproducing apparatus are communicated with each other. A power unit is installed in the car-pack. The power unit supplies inner driving power of the car-pack by converting a rotary force of a reel into an electric energy when the car-pack is inserted into a real table of a cassette player(400). The power unit includes a generator(290), a rectifier(280), and a charger(220).
