The reflector has a body made up of aluminum by stamping and equipped with an access opening for accessing a lamp. The body has a part stamped in a form of sleeve surrounding the access opening and comprising stamped units integrated with the body for positioning and locking a closure of the opening. An independent claim is also included for a method of fabricating a reflector for an electric apparatus.
