A slide-type opening/closing device for a portable phone is provided to connect two case units so that a thickness in an opened state of the portable phone is thinner than a thickness in a closed state of the portable phone. The first combining member(30) connects to the first unit, and has a guide. The guide has a horizontal part and a slant part. The horizontal part is extended to be horizontal with a movement axis line. The slant part is slanted and extended for the movement axis line. The second combining member(40), combined to the second unit, has a guide. The guide has a horizontal part and a slant part. The horizontal part is extended to be horizontal with the movement axis line. The slant part is slanted and extended for the movement axis line. The first combining member(30) has the first roller moved along the guide of the second combining member(40). The second combining member(40) has the second roller moved along the guide of the first combining member(30). The first combining member(30) has the third roller which is connected with the first roller and is moved along the guide of the second combining member(40). A rotary axis line of the third roller is relatively rotatable for a rotary axis line of the first roller.
