A headphone-type mobile phone is provided to allow a user to talk with an object and appreciate music in a state in which the user wears the mobile phone on a head by being composed as a type like a headphone. A monitor body(103) and a keypad body(104) have a monitor and a keypad(102). A headband freely received and ejected is formed in a lower part of the monitor body(103) and the keypad body(104). The headband has the first band(107) and the second band(108). The first band(107) is received in a receiving groove(106) formed in a lower part of the monitor body(103) and the keypad body(104). The second band(108) is received in the first band(107). An engaging groove and an engaging projection are mutually engaged to a receiving position, an ejecting position, and a connecting part between the receiving groove(106) and the first band(107) and between the first band(107) and the second band(108). An FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)(115) is connected through an FPCB path(116) formed in the headband so that PCBs formed in the monitor body(103) and the keypad body(104) are not influenced by the folding or curving of the headband. A speaker(118), formed as a shape capable of closely adhering to an ear of a user, is formed in a connecting position of the monitor body(103) and the keypad body.
