An apparatus for inspecting an LCD panel is provided to perform the replacement work of a worktable stably and promptly, by transferring the worktable to the outside of a main body of the apparatus and then executing the replacement work of the worktable. An LCD panel supply part(186) is configured to supply an LCD panel to be inspected into a main body(102). An inspection part(110) loads and inspects the LCD panel. A panel carrier transfers the LCD panel between the LCD panel supply part and the inspection part. The inspection part includes an alignment unit having a transfer frame, a backlight unit(124) installed on the transfer frame of the alignment unit, a worktable(122) disposed at the front of the backlight unit, and a first sliding member. The first sliding member slides the worktable to the outside of the main body for replacement of the work table.
