FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, conical parent root crop planting machines. ^ SUBSTANCE: planting machine has frame resting upon carrier-covering wheels. Frame is adapted to carry hopper with feeding conveyor, planting units with covering devices, orienting device and accumulating-directing trough. Orienting device has concave tray equipped with shaking mechanism. Tray is arranged at an angle to horizontal plane and is made narrowing to its end. Accumulating-directing trough is disposed in inclined position under tray. Vertical and horizontal discharging rods disposed forward of feeding conveyor within hopper are connected with one another. Elastic restricting shield is fixed at descending end of feeding conveyor, under concave tray, at height corresponding to diameter of root crop fruits of fraction to be planted. Restricting roller is vertically positioned in narrowing part of concave tray of orienting device for rotation in direction opposite to direction of advancement of root fruit fraction. Restricting roller has ribbed surface. Piles of flexible members are secured at descending end of tray. Accumulating-directing trough is equipped with beater, rotor and flange fixed at its descending end. Trough is divided in its longitudinal section into slotted portions. Elastic beater blades are accommodated within slot of curvilinear part of first slotted portion. Curvilinear rotor blades accommodated within slot of terminating trough portion are concaved n direction opposite to direction of rotation. Retainers provided on the outside of blades are made in the form of straight blades. Accumulating-directing trough portions are sized in accordance with size of root crop fracture. Angle of inclination of trough to horizontal plane is increasing toward its termination portion. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability in orienting of conic root fruit fraction. ^ 5 dwg |
