摘要 The inventive method makes it possible to substantially increase the trust-to-weight ratio of a gas-turbine engine. The inventive method consists in using a gas stream kinetic energy from a compressor when the compressed gas potential energy is unchanged prior to the introduction thereof into a combusting chamber. As far as a pressure increase ratio in a gas generator is extreme and attains 40, an increased fuel supply enhances the fuel consumption rate, whereas the pressure increase ratio remains unchanged, i.e. a kinetic energy which the chamber has no time to eat is produced, thereby initiating the cycle heat degeneration. It is known, that the stream is decelerated in the combustion chamber in order to improve a combustion process and heat losses also take place. Said deceleration represents programmed losses, which are avoidable by converting the gas stream kinetic energy into a mechanical energy on a shaft and thereby into power and thrust. For this purpose, a turbine is mounted downstream of a high-pressure compressor prior to the combustion chamber. Said turbine is mechanically connected to other units of the engine, including a low-pressure compressor, by-passing the high-pressure compressor. The turbine is embodied in the form of bling-type monowheel and is provided with a gear train for taking off the additionally produced power.
