The pad with material to be dried and infrared emitter are mounted on the frame from opposite sides of the lid made of a transparent material and secured to the frame. The pad and emitter can move with respect to the lid. The pad of the drying chamber is provided with the heat exchanger. The pad can be mounted for permitting rotation with respect to the lid and connection with the evacuating line and line for supplying neutral gas. The heat exchanger is provided with shaping plates, and it is connected with the circulating pump. The refrigerator is mounted between the heat exchanger and inlet to the pump.
