FIELD: plastic working of metals. ^ SUBSTANCE: rolling mill includes working stand, drive unit, rolling rolls. One of rolling rolls has elastic bandage and other roll has pattern in the form of convex-concave surface; total height of convex portions and depth of recesses are to be less than thickness of said bandage. The last is double-layer one, it has inner polyurethane and rubber layers. Thickness of polyurethane layer consists of 0.5 - 1.0 of thickness of rubber layer. ^ EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing and technical possibilities of mill that may roll belts with different convex-concave surface relief in the same set of rolls, enhanced efficiency, simplified maintenance of mill. ^ 1 dwg |
