FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: show a questionnaire which contains 8 neurologic subspheres, each of which describes one of features of neurologic defect: a physical condition bound to illness; the activity depending on safety of functions of the upper limbs; the activity depending on safety of functions of the lower limbs; sensory disturbances; communicative possibilities; safety of the control for emunctory functions; informative activity; safety of emotional reaction and the comfort, thus each of subspheres includes on 4 questions, with positive and negative orientation of everyone. On a reciprocal scale the patient notes number of the answer which in the best way reflects his condition; calculation of value of each subsphere (N) is carried out under the formula: N = 12+NC.1-NC.2+NC.3-NC.4, where N - value of the subsphere, C - a subsphere serial number, 1,2,3,4 - number of the answer to the question. Then count a degree of life quality (NC) in points under the formula: NC=(N1+N2+N3+N4+N5+N6+N7+N8)/8 and at value of NS of 4-10 points estimate LQ level as low, at NS of 11-13 points estimate LQ level as average, and at NS of 14-20 points - estimate LQ level as high. ^ EFFECT: raises accuracy of diagnostics. ^ 1 tbl, 3 ex |
