FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves using the strain of microorganism Gluconobacter oxydans-03. Inoculating material is added in the amount 0.75% by volume of fermentation medium. Amount of yeast autolyzate added to fermentation medium is 1.5-2%. Submerged fermentation is carried out for 30-36 h and cultural fluid is separated from bacterial cells with bentonite taken in the amount 0.6% of the cultural liquid volume.
