FIELD: medicine, veterinary science, textile and construction industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested composition consists of the mixture of polyhexamethylene guanidine (PHMG) of foundation, lime and calcium chloride at certain ratios of ingredients applied. The composition should be obtained due to mixing PHMG-hydrochloride with approximately 10-fold excess of lime. Treatment of surfaces deals with pre-treating the surface under treatment with the purpose to remove microorganisms followed by treating it with 1-5%-PHMG-hydrochloride solution with subsequent application of the mixture of PHMG of foundation, lime and calcium chloride upon it.
