PREPARATION METHOD OF GRADIENT STRUCTURED SPUNBOND NONWOVEN FABRIC

A preparation method of a spun bond non woven fabric having the density gradient is provided to expand the inside space of the non woven fiber. A spinneret including a big fiber nozzle and a low melting point filament nozzle is mounted to a spinning beam(1). A spinneret including a fine fiber nozzle and a low melting point filament nozzle is mounted to a spinning beam(1'). The spinning beams include divided areas for receiving two kinds of materials. The fine and big PET(PolyEthyleneTerephthalate) fiber manufactured by the first and second spinning beams have 50 weight %. The spun material is collected on a net conveyor. The weight of the non-woven fabric is 100g/m^2.
