A screw of a waste food disposer having embossed blades and engraved blades is provided to easily pass and discharge waste food and alien matters except waste food by using embossed blades for pressurizing waste food for dehydration, and engraved blades for securing a space for easily passing the alien substances, thereby preventing stoppage or troubles of the waste food disposer due to clogging of an outlet of the waste food disposer. A screw(311) is mounted at a waste food disposer for pressurizing, dehydrating, and discharging waste food. A screw shaft(310) has a tapered front end acting as a shaft for rotating the screw. A helical screw blade(312) is formed at an outer periphery of the screw shaft for transporting food to the front end. Embossed blades(301) and engraved blades(302) are formed at the tapered front end of the screw shaft. |
