The invention relates to the field of building the bridges, viaducts, prefabricated structures, and is intended for carrying out hydro-insulation works. The purpose of the invention is to strengthen the bonds the layer of a multi-layered polymeric-fibrous material (MPF). The MPF material shown in Fig.1 consists of the layers (1) of polymeric thermo-plastic film placed between the layers of fibrous thermo-reactive woven and/or non-woven substances (2, 3). The number of the layers in the material satisfies the relationship M=2n+1, where n is the number of polymeric thermo-plastic film layers (1). The linear sizes (thicknesses) of the source substances in the MPF material are mutually connected by the definite relationships also included in the claim. The material of such a design has a higher strength of the interlayer bonds and it is resistant to the temperature fluctuations of the surrounding media and, consequently, is more durable in use.
