FIELD: transport and load lifting engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerial tramways with separate carrying and traction wire ropes. Support shoe of aerial tramway is made in form of sector of rectangular section ring on outer cylindrical face of which semiround groove is arranged. Radius of curvature of longitudinal axis semiround groove is made variable. Radius of curvature of axis of semiround groove on edges of support shoe is greater than in middle part of support shoe by value found from formula ▵R=Rmid 2/(rhotr - Rmid) where ▵R is difference between radius of curvature of longitudinal axis of semiround groove at edges of support shoe and radius of curvature of longitudinal axis of semiround groove in middle part of shoe; Rmid is radius of curvature of longitudinal axis of semiround groove in middle part of support shoe; rhotr is radius of curvature of longitudinal axis of carrying wire rope at its flexible under action of weight of loaded trolley. ^ EFFECT: increased service life of carrying wire rope. ^ 2 dwg
