FIELD: medicine, orthopedic stomatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with prosthetics in patients for the purpose to correct partial dentures, in case of adaptation to them and in the process of their constant usage. The remedy for fixing partial dentures contains propolis, as elementoorganic glycerohydrogel it contains silicon-organic glycerohydrogel of the following composition: Si(C3H7O3)4.xC3H8O3.yH2O, where 6<=x<=10, 24<=y<=40, and, additionally, chitosan; components should be taken at certain quantitative content. The remedy is of improved adhesion, increased terms for fixation and contains essential silicon that actively affects the mucosa of oral cavity. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of fixation. ^ 2 ex, 1 tbl |
