FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engine fuel systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: fuel supply system of diesel engine contains plunger spool-type fuel-injection pump, low-pressure, high-pressure line, closed type nozzle, accumulator of initial pressure regulator connected by communication line with high-pressure line. Said communication line contains metering element consisting of stator made in form of hollow cylinder provided with through radial hole and rotor installed for rotation and made in form of shaft with blind axial channel and through radial hole. Radial hole of rotor registers with hole of stator at moment of completion of delivery. Rotor is coupled with camshaft of high-pressure fuel-injection pump, and accumulator of initial pressure regulator is coupled with fuel tank by relief line in which bypass is installed. ^ EFFECT: increased pressure of fuel delivery owing to separation of processes of delivering and metering of fuel. ^ 4 dwg |
