An interdental brush is provided to improve a cleaning effect by easily separating foreign materials stuck on bristles to a space part or attaching the foreign materials to the other bristles formed in the rear side of the space part by forming the space part at a predetermined portion of the bristles attached with an iron core. The interdental brush is composed of a body(10) and a guide tip(4) fixed to the body. The guide tip comprises an iron core(1); bristles(2) attached on the iron core; and a space part(3) formed at a portion of the bristles. One or two space parts are formed at the bristles. The guide tip attached with the bristles having the space parts formed on the iron core at regular intervals is fixed to the body.
