A carrying device is provided to move a loading part with maximumly keeping horizontality from the ground and move without shaking by the action of an assistant wheel. In a carrying device, a pair of wheel parts(100) are fixed by a supporting frame having a predetermined gap. A front and rear guide part(200) is attached at a top surface of the wheel part. A loading part(500) moves forward and backward inside a guide unit by being inserted into the guide unit and is rotatable with respect to both guide units. And a stopper(400) has a protrusion part having a predetermined gap for fixing the loading part.
