An ultrasonic bonding machine having an ultrasonic tool horn, which simultaneously bonds and transfers materials to be bonded, can cut the materials to be bonded in addition to bonding, and linearly bonds bonding surfaces of the materials to be bonded to improve bonding quality, is provided. An ultrasonic bonding machine comprises: a servo motor fixed to a base frame(12); a tool horn assembly comprising an oscillator(21) for generating supersonic waves by a power source, a booster(23) connected to the oscillator, and a disc type tool horn connected to the booster; a shaft(21b) connected to supporting members(13a-13c) having bearings installed on the base frame such that the shaft can be rotated by the servo motor; a housing(25) which is rotatably connected to the bearings in the state that the housing is axially supported by the bearings, and covers the periphery of the oscillator and the booster; and a transfer part comprising a roller that is interlocked with the shaft, rotated through a power transmission means, and rotatably contacted with an outer surface of the tool horn.
