A street board is provided to increase advance speed by moving forward the board by returning the board to the original position with elastic force of the board and other apparatuses by exercising the upper part of the body after moving the lower part of the body and accordingly generating a motion range of wheels. The street board(1) is composed of a board part(10) protruded from a portion of both edges to the center, provided with a center flat surface(11) on which a user stands up, and extended or contracted due to a vertical reaction of the user by own elastic force; a strap(12) installed on the center flat surface of the board part and fitted by the user's shoes; and a rod(32) equipped with wheels(30) at the lower end, wherein the upper end of the rod is disposed at the underside of the board by a hinge shaft(22).
