An indexable cutting tool is provided to simply and precisely combine a cutting insert by a centering pin, to reduce cutting resistance by forming a helix groove for discharging chips on the cutting insert, and to quickly transfer/process steel materials having high strength. An indexable cutting tool(100) comprises an insert holder(110) formed with an insert seat(130) on the front end; a cutting insert(170) inserted into the insert seat; a fixing screw(190) combining the cutting insert inserted into the insert seat; a first centering groove(140) formed at the rotation center of a bottom surface(134) of the insert seat; a centering pin(150) mounted at the first centering groove to expose the front end; a second centering groove(182) formed at the rotation center of a bottom surface(174) of the cutting insert to insert the front end of the centering pin; an insert hole(180) formed at the middle of both sides(176) of the cutting insert to penetrate a fixing screw(190); a helix groove(184) for discharging chips, formed on both sides(176) of the cutting insert without interference with the insert hole; and a flute groove(120) elongated at the insert holder symmetrically to 180 angular degrees.
