A micro mono propellant thruster with a reactor of a micro bead layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve reactivity by increasing a catalytic coating area of a micro reactor. In a micro mono propellant thruster with a reactor of a micro bead layer, a first plate(200) has predetermined shape and thickness. A middle plate(100) is fixed at a top surface of the first plate. And a second plate is fixed at a top surface of the middle plate. The middle plate includes a first propellant inlet(110) penetrated to the thickness direction of the middle plate, a propellant supply path communicating with the first propellant inlet, a reactor communicating with the other side of the propellant supply path, a micro bead coated by a catalyst, a filter passing a reactive propellant and not passing the micro bead, a pressure chamber(130) communicating with the filter, and a nozzle(140) communicating with the pressure chamber.
