The case has a covering section (3) provided for each of the posts of a rigid frame. Each section (3) comprises a base (4) that is constituted of a simple wall and with an inner side comprising longitudinal support ribs between which clamping bolts (7) are screwed in the holes for assembling the section (3) on the post. The base is supported against the post and is made of translucent plastic material to permit the light to pass through for locating the holes of the post through the base, when the post is inserted in a housing (31), at proximity of the base. An independent claim is also included for a barrier type construction comprising a rigid frame unit.
