TIPPING SUPERSTRUCTURE FOR A TIPPING VEHICLE

A tipping upper structure for a tipping vehicle is provided to preclude the cargo of the vehicle from contaminating the lower part of the vehicle according to the formation of the locking unit having latching apparatuses. A tipping upper structure for a tipping vehicle is composed of a base(31); a cargo carrying container rotated on a tipping shaft(22) horizontally placed between the maximum tipping position and the basic driving position for the base having a lower part(6) of the container and container walls(10); and locking units(10,30) holding the pivoted container wall at the closed position and having latching apparatuses extended at the normal moving position of the cargo carrying container through a lower aperture(20) of the container to hold the lower edge of the pivoted wall in the closed position.
