A display device is provided to achieve excellent transistors without performing complicated processes, thereby minimizing the manufacturing cost, by manufacturing the transistors using fine lines each consisting of a semiconductor core and inner and outer skins surrounding a portion of the semiconductor core. First and second electrodes are formed on a substrate(110). A fine line(154) includes a semiconductor core(154a), an inner skin(154b) surrounding a portion of the semiconductor core, and an outer skin(154c) surrounding the inner skin. A fixing member(160) is formed on the first electrode and the fine line. A pixel electrode is connected to the semiconductor core of the fine line, and has a transparent electrode(192) and a reflective electrode(194). The second electrode and the pixel electrode are connected to the exposed portion of the semiconductor core.
