A 3-axis twisted heating wire is provided to reduce the leakage of magnetic flux by reducing a twist gap in the 3-axis twisted heating wire. A first heat wire(30) and a second heat wire(40) are twisted around a core wire(31,41). The first and second heat wires have insulation coating films(32,42), which minimize an electromagnetic field and are formed around the first and second heat wires. A first angle of an axis of an insertion direction of the first heat wire with respect to an axis of a pulling direction of the first and second heat wires is the same as a second angle of an axis of the pulling direction of the second heat wire. The first and second angles are symmetrical to each other. Three axes are simultaneously rotated and twisted. |
