A connecting rod for assembly-type toys is provided to easily join members of the assembly-type toys and to assemble the toys in various shapes by idling or integrally turning a rotary gear on an outer peripheral surface. The connecting rod(8) for assembly-type toys is composed of a body unit(10) having a longitudinal groove(12) formed in the longitudinal direction and combining units(20) formed on both ends of the body unit and combined with a member for the assembly-type toy. A section of the longitudinal groove of the body unit is dug in a V-form. The longitudinal grooves are formed plurally along the whole outer peripheral surface of the body unit. Column units(14) of the predetermined width are formed at both ends of the body unit. |
