The device has a package compactor and a receptacle with compartments receiving household wastes of different nature. A package compacting compartment has a housing receiving empty package and includes hollow opened part on its right or left side. An edge is provided on lower part of the compacting compartment. A plate of the packaging compartment is mounted on slides and is maintained by a spring on each of the slide. A cover equipped with a handle closes the compartments. Hooks or clips are arranged at a top side in an inner part of the compartments receiving the wastes.
