A radio communication system comprising a management server, a base station, and a plurality of node terminals in which a radio communication protocol to be applied is switched dynamically based on such indexes as bit error rate, packet error rate, the number of times of retransmitting a packet, throughput/power consumption that may occur between a base station and nodes.
