A module segment of a system space rahmen structure is provided to make construction simple and to cut down on the cost of materials and construction by bolding up two module segments simply for construction without an auxiliary steel plate. In a module segment of a system space rahmen structure, a vertex module segment is manufactured by joining two tension member frames(1) and a compression member frame(2), attaching rigid joints(3) on each frame at the same distance and rigid-coupling with oblique members(4) of the same standards, and a frame module segment is used as a tension member and a compression member for connecting a vertex module and a vertex module and assembled by twos by welding twosome in one to be overlapped by half. The construction method of a system space rahmen structure comprises the steps of forming a first unit space element of a hexahedron by bolding up eight vertex module segments and frame module segments, assembling unit space elements in the four directions or upper direction and joining unit space elements from four directions or upper direction to improve construction efficiency.
