A Dvorak 3-set type Hangul keyboard is provided to offer compatibility with an English Dvorak keyboard, and offer convenience by commonly using a position of special keys in the 3-set type Hangul keyboard and the English Dvorak keyboard. Hangul keys are arranged in the keyboard according to creation principle of Hangul comprising consonants, vowels, and final consonants. The special keys are commonly used in the 3-set type Hangul keyboard and the English Dvorak keyboard to enable a user to conveniently use the special keys.
