A method for manufacturing a plate type heating element and reinforcing a power supply and durability is provided to remove danger of a fire and reinforce durability by reducing danger like disconnection of the power supply. Polyolefin resin of 20% through 80%, carbon material of 10% through 60%, resin stabilizer of 1% through 5%, barium carbonate(BaTi2O3) of 3% through 10%, aluminum oxide(Al3O3)3 of 3% through 10%, silicon nitride(SiN) of 0.3% through 2%, and zinc(Zn) of 3% through 6% are mixed to obtain a resistor heating element component. The polyolefin resin is adhesive resin such as urethane, acryl, PVC, PE, PET, polyethylene, or silicon. |
