A test tube cleaning brush having laterally planted brush hairs is provided to solve the problems that the distal hairs of brush are bent backward and only wire core remains and to clean completely the bottom of test tube. The test tube cleaning brush having laterally planted brush hairs for complete cleaning of test tube bottom comprises a brush handle and brush hairs planted in the distal and lateral side of the brush handle.
