A plasma display device is provided to adjust a distance between a chassis base and a drive circuit by a fastening member consisting of a first fastening part engaged to the chassis base and a second fastening part engaged to the drive circuit. A plasma display device includes a plasma display panel, a chassis base(200) disposed opposite to an image displaying portion of the panel, and a drive circuit(300) fixed to the chassis base opposite to the panel. The chassis base is engaged to the drive circuit by a fastening member(500). The fastening member has plural fastening parts to adjust a distance between the chassis base and the drive circuit. The fastening member has a first fastening part(510) engaged to the chassis base and a second fastening part(520) engaged to the drive circuit.
