A melody shuttlecock is provided to enjoy badminton by outputting various melodies stored in a memory by turning on a switch installed at a melody unit by elasticity of a base. The melody shuttlecock has a base(2) having repulsive force generated due to elasticity and a melody unit(4) installed inside. A switch(SW1) installed at the melody unit is spaced from the base without protruding on the surface of the base, not to disturb the repulsive force due to elasticity generated when the base bumps against a racket. A power unit is turned on to supply power by pressing the switch of the melody unit by the elasticity generated when the base bumps against the racket and then melodies stored in a memory of a melody generating unit are output through a speaker for the predetermined time set by a control unit.
