A filth removal device for a drainageway provided with a rake type cleaner is provided to prevent damaged caused by inundation by sweeping out filth in a downward direction from a rake and a screen completely using torsion blades. A filth removal device(1) for a drainageway provided with a rake type cleaner comprises a discharge conveyor installed to the front of an upper concrete structure of a screen to discharge filth collected by a screen outward, a guide rail(3) installed on a rear concrete structure of the discharge conveyor horizontally by a column(3a), a moving frame(4) installed on the guide rail horizontally to move from side to side, a boom(5) tilted by a tilting cylinder(7) on the moving frame and reciprocated vertically, and a rake(6) installed on the bottom of the boom to rake up the filth caught in a screen. Hereon a rake type cleaner(27) is installed on the lower part of the front of the moving frame to be inclined downward and provided with horizontal supports(16) installed on both sides of the front of the moving frame horizontally, a pair of vertical supports(17) installed on the bottom of both horizontal supports to face each other and a rotary cleaner(19) installed on the bottom between the vertical supports and rotated by a motor(18), and the rotary cleaner is formed by installing a pair of fixing plates which are distorted at 180 degrees after leaving spaces from the outer circumference of a rotary shaft connected with the motor using many spacers, installing torsion blades made of rubber or soft synthetic resins on one side of each fixing plate and fixing a distorted outer plate using a bolt. |
