A slide hinge and a spring member applied to the same are provided to reduce internal space between an existing fixing body and slide body without reducing the thickness of the fixing body and slide body itself, thereby contributing to making a product compact and improving the reliability of the product. A slide hinge comprises the followings: a fixing body(300) in which an operation space part(300a) is depressed in the front side of an upper part; a slide body(400) installed by the medium of a linear reciprocation guiding unit in order to be linearly reciprocated in the upper part of the operation space part(300a); and at least one or more spring member(500) comprising a bending unit in which a steel wire having a certain length is zigzagged, and which is arranged within the operation space part(300a) between the fixing body(300) and the slide body(400), and whose one end is elastically supported to the fixing body(400) within the operation space part(300a), and whose the other end is elastically supported to the slide body(400), and elastically pushes the slide body(400) from the one end of the fixing body(300) to the other end or from the other end of the fixing body(300) to the one end.
