The device has three pairs of complementary fixing units, each comprising a fixing unit fixed to a windscreen wiper mechanism (1) and a fixing unit integrated to a body shell part. One of the pairs forms an elastic interlocking connection along a direction oriented from the exterior to the interior of the body shell and the two other pairs form a pivot connection that provides a freedom of rotation to the mechanism along an axis orthogonal to the direction. A hose clamp (67) blocks the pair forming the interlocking connection in an interlocked position.
