摘要 Provided is a method for preparing polyacrylamide beads that have a fully cross-linked and stabilized core/shell structure and a wide-range size distribution, are superior in heat resistance and solvent resistance, and are usable for standard materials, column fillers, biological supporters, etc. The method for preparing polyacrylamide beads consists of dissolving water-soluble monomers and a polymerization initiator in a solvent to be subjected to precipitation polymerization. The solvent is acetonitrile or a cosolvent obtained by mixing acetonitrile with water or organic solvent having a solubility constant of 8.8-15(cal/cm^3)1/2. One, two or more crosslinking agents selected from divinylbenzene or acrylate are used during precipitation polymerization. The beads produced by a reaction ratio difference between monomers and an affinity difference with solvent have a fully cross-linked spherical core/shell structure having an average particle size of 1.0-10.0micron.
