A meat roasting loess plate is provided to absorb oil easily by making the meat roasting plate of loess, to improve flavor of meat by radiating far infrared rays from loess, and to improve quality by preventing crack or breakage generated by heat. A meat roasting plate is made of loess, and a meat roasting plate body(10) is formed by heating loess. A crack groove(20) is formed in the meat roasting plate body, and arranged in a convex protruded part(11) of the meat roasting plate. The crack groove is formed by completely and radially cutting a side of the meat roasting plate body, and a connection part(21) is formed in a lower part of the crack groove. A convex protruded part and a recessed groove part(12) are repeatedly formed in the meat roasting plate body. An oil guide groove is formed at a side of the meat roasting plate body. Breakage of the meat roasting plate body is prevented in applying heat by forming the crack groove in the convex protruded part.
