An automatic inventory management system is provided to automatically detect inventory information to generate a suggestion for inventory management, perform the inventory management based on target information set by a user, and generate the suggestion according to a real situation of a company. An inventory management database(10) stores the useful inventory information for stocked resources. A maximum inventory factor setting module(20) enables the user to set a maximum inventory factor. A purchase quantity controlling module(30) calculates and generates a purchase quantity suggested for the specific resource based on the maximum inventory factor and data stored in the inventory management database. An alert module(40) generates an alert for suggesting purchase of the specific resource to the user when the inventory of the specific resource is approached to a specific value. |
