<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiping device efficiently wiping wet ink to enable stable, adequate ejection of ink even when wetting of ink due to ink mist or jumping ink droplets adhering to an ejection face of a recording head, has advanced, and also to provide an inkjet recorder. <P>SOLUTION: This wiping device has a plurality of wipers each made of a rubber elastic material that are sequentially slid on the ejection face H1101 of the recording head H1001.
