FORM DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, FORM DISTRIBUTION CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form distribution technology capable of lessening a network load in forms distribution and lessening loads on an output server.

SOLUTION: A form distribution system including a plurality of management servers and output servers controlling output sequences comprises a means for making one management server exclusively possess processing of one logic device by using a database, a means for transmitting an output demand being not output data itself from the management server to the output server and temporarily queuing the output demand in the output server, a means for starting a print process one by one to an output device by receiving the output demand in the output server, and a means for accessing the management server from the output server and taking out data before printing and outputting the data before printing.
