PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening part device provided with a triple type sliding door having excellent opening and closing operation property and excellent airtight and watertight properties at closed attitude of the sliding screen. SOLUTION: This opening part device having a frame body attached along four sides of an opening part of a building and the triple type sliding door provided with three sliding screens in the frame body is provided with an interlocking operation mechanism of a sliding screen at the center in the indoor and outdoor directions among three sliding screens, a first interlocking operation member arranged in the interlocking operation mechanism and movable in the direction of travel of the screen at the center without protruding in any of indoor and outdoor directions of the screen at the center, a second interlocking operation member arranged in the interlocking operation mechanism and movable in the direction parallel with the first interlocking operation member and in the opposite direction, an interlocked operation member on a frame body side provided in the frame body, and an interlocked operation member on the sliding screen side attached to any side of indoor side and outdoor side of the screen at the center in the indoor and outdoor directions. Two sliding screens are moved in the interlocking relationship by connecting the first interlocking operation member with the interlocked operation member on the frame body side and connecting the second interlocking operation member with the interlocked operation member on the sliding screen side.
