PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make ride comfort and operation stability compatible in a torsion beam suspension device. SOLUTION: A front liquid chamber 40 and a rear liquid chamber 42 of a bush 26 at a right side of a vehicle and a front liquid chamber 40 and a rear liquid chamber 42 of the bush 26 at a left side of the vehicle are connected to a valve unit 48 respectively. When lateral force is applied, deformation by the lateral force is suppressed by pressurizing the liquid chamber applied with compression force and rigidity is seemingly raised. Therefore, as a result, lateral steer is suppressed and the operation stability is enhanced. Whereas, at non-turning, since the front liquid chamber 40 and the rear liquid chamber 42 are communicated in the respective bushes and pressurization is not performed, rigidity of the bush is made to low rigidity to make ride comfort sufficient.
